Susan LaFleur
Co-Founder

NCIDQ

Susan was raised in the Midwest and educated in Philadelphia, shaping her blended-aesthetic of classic details and sophisticated materials to create impactful spaces.  She finds inspiration in fashion, art, vibrant colors and textural materials found in nature. A photography advocate, she enjoys curating a shoot to bring unique vantage points to life.

Karrie Drinkhahn
Co-Founder

LEED AP, NCIDQ

Karrie was raised and educated in Michigan, where influences from modern masters and a passion for form and function was born.  Juxtaposed with her hobby of finding the most unique art and antiques, her style fuses a balance of vintage and contemporary.   She leads teams with her effervescent approach, collaborative spirit and attention to every aesthetic detail.

Jason Valentin
Senior Project Designer

Jason brings a dynamic balance of attention to detail and a natural ability to design between the lines. His confidence with clients and design sense is delivered down to the final details and is evident on all aspects of the projects. Jason’s experience in the Multifamily market and values make him an asset to our design team. Born and raised in New York, he received a BAS in Interior Design from Seminole State College of Florida. As our Senior Project Designer, Jason, is responsible for all aspects of the design process. Jason‘s involvement in the interior design community shows his dedication, formerly as the Chair of Design Mix and Director of Communications of the IIDA South Florida Chapter Board.

Alicia Mentzer
Senior Project Designer

Alicia, a graduate of Philadelphia University comes to the One Line team with over 14 years of industry experience designing innovative multidisciplinary complex projects to Senior Living, Healthcare, Corporate and Hospitality, as well as Science & Technology. Some of her projects have been featured in Interior Design Magazine and Environments for Aging Magazine. Her diverse experience in all sectors is a dynamic asset to the team. Additionally, her passion for creating healthy building designs and developing environments that promote wellness is testament to her dedication to the interior design industry. She seeks additional creative outlets through teaching and playing Violin.

Jennifer Petrosini
Designer

Jennifer, a graduate of Parsons, New York and Boston Architectural College, brings over a decade of experience in the fashion design industry, merchandising and interior design of high-end residential, commercial and educational sectors. From New York City fashion houses to our Miami design studio, Jennifer carries with her a toolbox of diverse design tools and joins the One Line team passionate about color, biophilic design and trend forecasting. She shares a fresh perspective for the interior design field.

Kathy Rice
Senior Project Designer

Kathy brings over 14 years of experience in developing a wide range of commercial, hospitality, retail and entertainment projects. Her skillset in managing project deliverables and leading a team are valuable to the interior design field. Kathy creates dynamic interior spaces through careful planning utilizing her knowledge of architectural design standards. Coupled with her aptitude to coordinate architectural details and construction documents, she brings a diverse skillset to the One Line team. Kathy is a graduate of Philadelphia University and resides in New Jersey with her family. Kathy is a leader, a collaborator and brings a fresh perspective and high standard to the design team.

Morgan Parker
Designer

Morgan was born and raised in South Carolina where she also attended school at Anderson University and obtained her BFA in Interior Design.  Outside of work she is a talented photographer, allowing her two worlds to collide as an interior designer and photographer, expressing her keen eye for capturing visual moments. Morgan is inspired by fashion and travel as a catalyst to create unique interior spaces.  She joins the One Line team eager to collaborate on projects in the hospitality and multi-family sectors. Along with her interior design skills, Morgan utilizes her photography background to style spaces and inform her design inspiration.

Cecilia Kim LEED GA WELL AP
Designer

Cecilia aims to design sustainably to positively impact our environment and our bodies. She looks forward to a holistic approach to preserving our surroundings while maintaining luxury aesthetics. Cecilia studied Interior Design at the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Sustainability certificate. Blending her background in fine arts and the sciences, she is interested in the relationship between our day-to-day settings, the human body, and the physical conditions we enclose ourselves in. After studying abroad in Cortona Italy as a studio assistant for a ceramic’s studio, Cecilia is discovering the connection between the built environment and the arts through charcoal drawing, ceramics and mixed media art.

Kendall Temotio
Creative Strategist

Kendall brings a creative background to the interior design field, shaped by her education in Fine Arts at East Carolina University and her experience in a wide range of mediums. Her ability to put pen to paper and capture an idea is impeccable, making her an asset to the interior design process as well as adding custom art pieces, including hand painted murals. As our Creative Strategist, Kendall manages and develops creative planning initiatives, and all marketing output for a cohesive One Line brand voice. Kendall’s dedication and integrity are marked by her community engagement, partnering weekly with special education and autistic programs to provide inclusive arts initiatives.

Naredeen Mikhaiel
Project Designer

Naredeen was raised in Cairo, Egypt where she graduated with two degrees, one in Economics and the other in Fine Arts which shaped her passion for practicality and style. She has gained a range of expertise in various sectors including healthcare, corporate and commercial design. Naredeen used her background in economics and means of questioning and analyzing to create dynamic interior spaces that speak to the client’s needs. Naredeen’ s background inspires her aesthetic, as she consistently pays attention to historical and classical elements and mixing them with a modern touch. Naredeen’s technical ability and attention to detail is essential to the design process.

Designs and manages in a self-directed manner as an accountable team member and responsible for all aspects of the design process.  A Project Designer leads all or parts of firm projects, representing One Line Design Studio by working with clients, manufacturers and consultants.
